These terms govern your use of autopilot, a browser extension and related services ("we", "us"). By using autopilot, you agree to these terms.
autopilot routes links between browser profiles and browsers based on rules you configure. It is available in two modes:
To use cloud mode, you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use autopilot.
Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($3/mo), annual subscription ($24/yr), or one-time lifetime purchase ($49). Payments are processed by Stripe.
You agree not to:
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and your rights.
We aim to keep autopilot running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the paid service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid subscription fees for unused periods.
The autopilot extension and native helper are open source under the MIT License. The cloud server is proprietary. These terms apply to your use of the hosted service, not the open source code.
autopilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using autopilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the cloud service ends. You can request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you are an EU consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
